One IDM license is for one PC at a time. If you need to move to another PC, uninstall IDM from the old PC first, then activate it on the new PC. If activation fails, contact support with your order number and screenshot.

How to activate Internet Download Manager
Use this guide after receiving your original IDM serial number from IDMMARKET. If you changed your PC, uninstall IDM from the old PC first, then activate on the new PC.

Download official IDM
Download Internet Download Manager only from the official IDM website.

Install and open IDM
Run the installer, open IDM and close any cracked or old copy before activation.

Click Registration
In IDM, open the Registration menu and choose the registration option.

Enter your serial
Enter your name, checkout email and serial number exactly as provided.

- Email used at checkout
- Screenshot of the IDM activation message
- Tell us whether this is a new PC or the same PC
